How I Increased My Energy Level

Before I begin today's post, I want to assure you I am in no way affiliated with the company that makes this product, nor have they paid me in any way. I just happen to think this is something that might help many of my readers. After the birth of my second child, I never really recovered. I was exhausted all the time and had frequent pain from my C-section scars - even when the doctors thought I shouldn't. I'd had blood work done and taken the advice of several MDs and GYNs, but nothing the doctors did helped. Then a friend told me about Alive Liquid Vitamin. On her good recommendation, I tried it. (It's only about $18 - 22 on Amazon, depending upon who you buy it from, so I figured it was worth a shot.) However, I was really skeptical. I eat well; how could a vitamin make any difference in how I felt? And when my hubby told me Alive is one of those products not usually found in stores, but sold via radio infomercials, I was doubly skeptical. When Alive arrived at my doorstep, I was wary. The liquid looks deep green and smiley. It smells like sweet fruit, however. When I finally got up the nerve to try it, the flavor wasn't bad at all.

I began taking two tablespoons of Alive every day, after breakfast. Within several days, I found I had much more energy. After a week or so, my C-section pain was greatly reduced. I kept waiting for my energy level to drop, telling me this was all just a coincidence - that Alive had nothing to do with how I felt. But that never happened, even when I had my usually draining PMS. When my first bottle of Alive was getting fairly close to empty (the 30 oz. bottle lasted over 2 months), I decided to stop taking Alive. Would I start feeling crummy again? Within a week, I had more C-section pain and was utterly exhausted. So this week, I started back up on Alive, and within a few days, I had my energy back. Why does it work? Who knows! Maybe there is something in the liquid my body needs. Alive isn't a typical vitamin; it also contains many vegetables, fruits, grains, and even seaweed. Or maybe my body just wasn't absorbing vitamins and minerals very well and taking a liquid vitamin was exactly what I needed. Whatever the case, I wholeheartedly recommend this product - especially if you have tired-all-the-time syndrome, as I once did.
